looking at it again it could be a poster rather than a manual, I contacted the seller for more pics so waiting for them to get back to me.

Here is what I've got the past month, some good titles scored off the list. Found some good deals on amazon with these compared to the ebay prices, I recently lost out on an auction for streets of rage 2 which went for £87 so to get this for under £50 wasn't to bad.

lol that's cool. 4 weeks is insanely organised, normally I'm shopping at the last minute. Last time I had to wait 4 weeks to open a game was Christmas 92 for Sonic 2, seemed an eternity.

The comments for the video all look to be in Russian , Perhaps the advertising budget was small for the soviet union , Could western companies even operate in Russia at that time ? I've seen plenty of clones for various systems from Russia.

Here is another Index from winter 93 www.youtube.com/watch?v=9j6W9w_AIYwAt 08:02 he shows master system games, what caught my eye was the ultimate soccer cover. It's different to my copy, was their variants of this game? It's already hard to find without another variant. I've seen a few variants of different sms games in magazine advertisements but put this down to pre-release promotion rather than an actual released version (Maybe the final artwork for the game wasn't decided before the advertisement shoot took place.) It would be amazing to come across some of these 'promotional' covers, they'd be unique. Sure would be cool to find something like that, their must be a dark unused storage room somewhere in the country with all kinds of retro goodies just waiting to be unearthed.

Congrats ryanretro! I used to have a Wondermega and as you said looks really beautiful. I love its motorized disc door! Thanks gallos Cool which version did you have, its crazy their is 4 types of wondermega. I'm interested in how you powered it, I seen people say use the Japanese power supply with a step down transformer, others say a megadrive 2 power supply on its own is fine. Also did you import games or did you use a everdrive.

I subscribed to this guy on youtube, lots of videos on sega consoles, here he shows changing a battery on a master system game. www.youtube.com/watch?v=3t4u6q283AkI never had to change a battery before, must be high quality batteries to be still going and not have leaked after 25 years.

I was delighted to pick this up a while back, but due to concerns of how best to power it and also a lack of games I have only now got it up and working. This was fairly extreme when sega launched it back in the day, only released in Japan and in limited numbers means its now rare to find in good condition in the uk. Going forward I'm probably going to get a Japanese everdrive for it as its region locked and the games are pricey to import. But I'm really happy with it, I think the sega wondermega is one of the coolest looking consoles. Never seen it or heard of it.. What is it? ? Looks awesome! yeah its a combined megadive and mega cd, think only 5000 got made. I think at the time you could buy a megadrive and a mega cd separate for less than a wondermega so it was only going to appeal to hardcore sega fans. I guess around the time it was released sega was starting to lose the plot and this is another example of that, but its still cool as hell.

Great pick ups. Was cool of them to throw in a free game. Always nice to visit retro stores, you can see the condition close up and you also don't have to worry about items going missing in the post. Wish I had more in my area.

Hmm, bought a complete Sagaia for 21 € today. Should I feel well? Seems a fair price, not super cheap but also not a rip off. I really like Sagaia, I'm interested in also getting it for the megadrive but it's a little pricey and I'm focusing on the master system lately.

Here is what I picked up over the last month, its been fruitful with a few quality titles now in my collection. Cheese Cat-astrophe in particular is a game I was glad to get. Hard to find this complete at a good price now, only seems to be fellow collectors selling it at this point. 1995 Release according to retrocollect so must be one of the last releases. Think I will give it a bash over the weekend.

Yeah I have no manuals from the games I had as a kid. I was untidy, would leave the manuals on the floor and my mother would consider them to be rubbish when tidying my room and just bin them.
Any games I buy now I always get complete copies as the manuals rarely turn up for sale on their own.
