wow, really hope this happens! I'm sure that there would be enough interest to make it viable. I think that a t-shirt is a must!

I recently had a debate with someone who said the blue US mail order power strike was the original UK release and the colour version didn’t come out till 2 years later. Even after showing the screenshot of the US magazine a long with the first line on the back of the case stating you won’t find this on store shelves haha Funnily enough, overstock found it's way to Europe but because of that statement on the back of the case 'You won't find this on store shelves' Sega (or a third party importer) replaced the box cover with the European version and chucked the overstock cart and blue manual inside. I've not seen one for a while but they used to show up on ebay all the time.

Italianoooooooooo! Funnily enough never owned the German one although at one point was considered to be the more common and cheapest option. I haven’t seen many English great soccers to be fair, never knew was it a UK release or a Australian one? Since the hang on card was an Australian exclusive. I'm jealous of it too lol I seem to remember it's a big cause of debate from when I researched it, I even had some people argue till they were blue in the face that hang on was a UK release as a standalone as well as a pack in. I think retrokevretro set them straight in the end Australian! The UK didn't get the Master System until 1987 by which time Sega had moved to the multi-language format.

I'm pretty sure that the '13th' double pack is Terminator 2 / Laser Ghost and that there is only one known copy. Anyone on here?

Hi I dont know the solution but ive also recently purchased a japanese master system and mine does exactly the same on wonderboy in monsterland. Ive also noticed that the game bosses are more difficult, for instance the first boss needs 5 hits rather than 2. Im using my everdrive in the master system and I presumed I must have the japanese ROM but now im not so sure... I'm not 100% sure but I think that there is some sort of region detection going on. If that's the case then you will get the western version of the game when playing in a western system and the Japanese version when playing the same rom in a Japanese system.

Just picked up this World Grand Prix Prototype from a German ebay videogame store. I've never seen a complete one for sale before as they all seem to be in the hands of die hard collectors. There appears to be switching hardware on the board and 2 roms with different versions so I'm guessing that switching the system off and on will cycle to the next rom? (Anyone know for sure if this is the case)?

As much as I love the Arcade Club in Bury, it would be nice to go back to Pub Zoo in Manchester as most of us at this end of the country can go there at anytime but only get to meet up once a year so for me, with Pub Zoo allowing us to concentrate solely on our beloved Master System it's the only choice. What do you guys think?

Couldn't agree more. Sonic 1 was the game that got me completely hooked on the Master System.

Many thanks to my secret Santa for these awesome gifts. The sealed mercs went straight into my collection and now I can enjoy the 3d awesomeness of the SMS without risking damage to my official set

Just keep an eye out for the UPC stickered games advertised as Pal versions on ebay.eu. I've managed to pick up all 4 upc stickered games this way and even have a spare sonic upc game! It can be quite time consuming doing it this way but much, much cheaper!
