Hi Do we have enough crt & sms??? Cheers Clint I would definitely bring anything you can mate. We have had issues in the past with faulty control pads / scart leads etc so the more the better!

I received the T-shirt. It's a bit tight, but it survived a wash! Anyone else ordered one? BTW I kind of forgot to mention that, but I'll also bring my Game Gear with an everdrive and a link cable, just like last year. Yeah, mine has arrived and I think a couple of others have received theirs too.

I went to the venue yesterday and discussed CRTs.. he said he only has a couple of spares and it’s something he struggles for. I can take 1 and an LCD for the Mega SG. Can anyone else bring one, ideally another 2. To be honest there is that much to do in there even if we only had 3 set ups it wouldn’t be too bad. I'll be taking 1 complete set up (Crt, sms and everdrive)

+1 what 8bitboyuk said (I'll be there wherever it is). I do think that this would make an ideal venue to hold the meet though.

You could possibly add Captain Silver to the list as technically it's different to the European version with it only having 4 levels instead of 6 (Cut down from 256k to 128k)

I just found this forum and have a question about the Lucky Dime Caper Special Edition. I am cleaning out some old systems and games and found one of these editions that I've had for quite a while. There have been some storage issues - some box staining and a torn corner on the box, the set is new with the game, tee shirt and cassette still sealed, and the poster. Not sure how appropriate it is to ask, but I do want to sell the special edition. I can find little information about it except that it is rated here as very rare. Appreciate any advice. Thanks. These were selling for £1000 about 5 years back but the market for these has died down quite a bit now as most collectors who were willing to pay through of the nose for one now have one. I paid £500 for a good one about 3 years ago and have seen incomplete sets go for around the £200 mark. Yours is complete but has condition issues so I'd guess its worth somewhere between the 2 figures.

I hate to resurrect such an old topic, but I just received a lot of games and the copy of Zillion had a printed map along side. It's very simple, but appears to be printed not drawn. Any ideas about what the map could be? I was just reading through issue 2 of the Sega Challenge Newsletter and at the bottom of page 8 came across an offer of a free Zillion Labrinth map when ordering any product from that issue.

I'd be interested. Although quite a long way but I actually missed the last meet up due to mix up with dates (wife's fault, lol). I've fancied going to Alan McCluskey's shop for ages anyway so could make a weekend of it maybe. Wonder if anyone would be up for it from Lancashire and can share a lift? I'd be up for this but would probably go by train

Congratulations! I don't know too much about the LDCBS other than it was sold in UK stores like Tandy back in the day and was genuinely a limited edition release. Presumably it didn't sell too well as a mail order company called Telegames ended up with a ton of them and sold them off for £15 a pop!
