I was getting dressed the other day, and as I'd already decided I was making a vid I went to grab a gaming style T shirt, right at the top was my Sega8bit T shirt. I put it on and as I was doing so I realised how old and worn it was starting to look, so I think it must be about time we had another competition to design the Sega8bit.com official 2013 T shirt!!! Not sure on a timeline or anything, couple of months or something? But it'd be good to get it done by Xmas! So start designing and submit your entries here, I'll decide on a closing date and then all entries will be put up to the public vote to chose a winner, and then we'll all be able to buy the T shirts, the winner will get a free one, I don't mind stumping up the cost of that . Only rule is it must have Sega8bit.com on it somewhere What ya waiting for! Get designing!!!

Im stuck with Linux myself. This is really cool though. I have never seen a Master system shirt of any type here in the states and I would wear this with pride to finally represent the SMS here!

This is a great idea! It has been a while since the last competition and I'm well up for having another go at designing a t-shirt.
Any volunteers for organising the competition? i.e. new thread, setting restrictions (number of colours etc.), deadlines

This sounds like a great idea! I've always wanted to create a design for a Sega T-shirt! I thought this would be a nice occasion to do this, so I wanted to cook something up this weekend - The result: Here's my entry! T-shirt Front: i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa205/_Korax_/Tshirtfinal3.jpgAs it turned out, I stuck to my initial idea of making a "family photo" kind of situation, where I took Green Hill Zone as the scenery, while arranging the heroes and villains from the SEGA games, side by side. I also added some of the old grid design from the game boxes. The image posted in the link is only 20% of the actual size of the image (so you wont have to zoom out to see the full view) - the actual image is more around 30cm in width, and 40cm in height, at 300 dpi (which is around 3500 x 4700 pixels - this was recommended by several t-shirt design pages). The optional backside? (Hehe i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa205/_Korax_/T-shirtback.jpgAs much as I love Mario and Nintendo, I am a Sega boy at heart, and therefore I find it fun to have a go at the Nintendo fanboys from time to time Therefore I made a small, eventual backside to the t-shirt design, lol. I got the idea from the guy who made the MEKA emulator, where I remember there's a setting in the "Options" area of the emulator, where you have an empty checkbox saying "Mario is not a fat plumber" - if you try to check it, the emulator will give you a message saying "You cannot deny the facts." - I found this rather amusing, so to pay homage to the guy, I thought it would make a good backside I hope you guys will like my suggestions

Wow, that had to take some time to do. It's really nice. Like the touch on the back

An idea I had. I nicked the graphic though!

Simplistic and stylish, like the white trimming on the shirt. It's going to be hard to vote on this one when the time comes around.

Korax, I love the idea of that shirt. It definitely surpasses any idea I would have
