Hello from Scotland

Hello everyone,
Thought i would drop by and say hi properly as i first joined here in jan 2012 after following a link for Digger Chan. I lost interest in collecting but have rediscovered my love for the system after playing some games recently.
The Master system was the first system I ever owned when I was 5 years old and I still have my original games. To me its the best console ever and so under appreciated. I'm going for a full PAL set and possibly all Brazilian Tectoy exclusives as i picked up some from my recent trip to Rio de Janeiro.

Great collection so far and with ´only´ 89 games, you have still the chance to buy some lots of games on EvilBay (and other platforms) to safe money The Master System has so many great games I don´t wanna miss in my lifetime.

Figuring I just played these again yesterday and didn't find them on your list, I would recommend Kenseiden, Bank Panic & My Hero as all three are very good IMO and should be relatively easy to find at good prices.


Don't know if you have seen these, but I would recommend the top 100 page and the tournament page if you want some more suggestions based on what people on these boards have voted as the best games on the system.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll check those out.

That game tournament looks like it was a lot of fun, no surprise it was alex kidd in miracle world and sonic in the final lol

Welcome Ricky! There's a few of us here from Scotland, but I think we're all further South than you. Good luck with the collection, a full Tectoy exclusive set is no mean feat!

Thanks barney! Glad to know I'm not the only Scot here. Yeah I think the Tectoy exclusive set is difficult to obtain or it will cost a fortune looking at evilBay prices.
My wife is Brazilian so I'm often over there and last time I picked some games up from a game shop there. Her brother can also send me games from Mercadolivre, the prices are much cheaper on there. But my priority is a complete PAL set but I'll still pick up US and Brazilian exclusives if I see them.

Lucky guy, I think it´s very hard without contacts to Brazil to get Tec Toy games. As far as I know, only brazilians could buy something from mercadolivre, because they have a special credit card or something.

Yeah you need to be a resident of Brazil to use mercadolivre as you need a Brazilian bank account to use it, unless you arrange a pick up locally.
