Well guys I have some excellent news Story starts with trying to get hold of a rare magazine for Brad (soera) from here, and through a guy on another forum I was put in touch with a former member of that forum, Ross Sillifant This has lead me to some extraordinary kindness courtesy of Ross, a huge number of scans from magazines of the 80's and 90's, there will be loads, so stuff like Mean Machines, CVG, Ace etc All of these will be scans which will be sent to me to then pass on to the site, and of course smspower too. Ross has sent a magazine to Brad in America, some mags to me with mega drive content in them and now this, not many people would show this much kindness asking for nothing in return, but this has all been offered as Ross is VERY passionate about helping the retro community and believes things like this should be shared and enjoyed the way we will on here. I'm sure you all join me in thanking Ross for this extraordinary kindness

Agreed, bravo. I met a really nice collector of old SEGA mags at the RetroCollect Video Game Market earlier this year, he was called Matt.

Those scans are all already on the internet. I started a torrent for the Sega Force ones (from a DVD on eBay) and seeded the Mean Machines one for a few years, but my seedbox is offline these days. I went through and picked out all the Sega 8-bit parts (for the multi-format ones) and you can see them here: www.smspower.org/Scans/MagazinesI also pulled out the reviews and OCRed them for easy reading for many of the magazines. There's still plenty missing though, I got bored

Maxim, looking in your scans, it appears you've got the cover of the final issue of the Team Sega Newsletter, but not the inner pages. That issue is apparently quite rare, so it would be great to see the inner pages if you have them. (I have all the previous issues but was never sent that one when they transitioned from the Team Sega Newsletter to Sega Visions.)
