It's been a while since I started a high score comp so here you go  . Quite an easy game once you get into the swing of it, but I must admit I still find myself losing lives by making silly mistakes! I got my score on the standard difficulty setting, I'm not sure whether you get more points for playing through on hard or not. There is definitely room for improvement on my score though, I missed a fair few enemies in the later levels, and there's the time bonus to consider too . I reckon I can take you  I'm off to Retro Revolution tomorrow so I may give it a go and get a world record score in public. Doubt I'd get my own documentary (ala King of Kong) on that one though. |

That score should be easily beaten, I didn't even get the 5,000 on the first 2 bonus rounds, just button mashed through them instead of stopping it on 10! Do you get more points for things if you play through on hard? Or is it impossible to reach the 500,000 points on the main score board? I think I shall have to investigate a little further... |
