Man, I would love to play this one, I can't due to my TV.
How far were you from the screen? I kind of wondered about that if any phaser games showed up here.
The ending screen is classic. I forgot about that... Let's get a REAL gun now kids!

I just got a crt so I'm in.
Is that really what the NTSC version says or are you using an emulator?
You know a game is old when the hi score screen tells you to "go to the real hunt with a real gun."

I was about 6-7 feet away in my recliner with one eye covered. As for the ending message, definitely the times have changed.  Used a real NTSC(?) Hang-On/ Safari Hunt cart. |

I see now. I'd looked at that a few years ago but passed since I really only pop in a few times a year. Attention span issues , that and I suck at most of the games except 2. I also spend a lot of time at Atariage, including their SMS HSC. I'll think about it. |

@opa time to get a crt man I hope to soon, phaser games were a big reason I collected. I collected most of the NES Zapper and ROB games as well. Kind of strange I still can't play that stuff. |

@chuck our hsc is better than atariage's Agreed. AA only has 4 somewhat regular players although I do like the 2 week limit before moving on to the next game and point system. Currently, I can probably just post pics of any score and finish on top. Very depressing. From time to time, I like to see how I stack up against the world. With that said: "Open fire!" Attachments:

I have a nose for that sort of thing. :) I especially liked "You are a wonderful hunt", because it sounds very similar to something much more offensive. |
