Yep, there sure are. Most of this forum seems to revolve around the SMS, but we do also like the Game Gear. :)

Yeah I have one and loads of games for it. I prefer the SMS versions of the games though (where there are some).

Yeah I have one and loads of games for it. Yup, GG games are pretty cheap on eBay. So far, I have 175 out of a possible 390. The ones I'm most proud of are mint copies of The Coca Cola Kid, Ronald McDonald in Magical World, Tails Adventure (J version) and Tintin in Tibet as well as loose copies of Jungle Strike and Urban Strike.

Just bought an SMS1 on eBay for £17.50 inc. shipping. Comes with two gamepads, light phaser and sixteen games as well as Hang On and Safari Hunt built in.
This is the first time I've owned an SMS1. Had an SMS2 for a brief period when they were going cheap at Cash Converters circa 1997.
As already mentioned, most of my Sega interest has been centred around the Game Gear, but I'm eager to find out about the aspects of Sega 8-bit gaming that aren't really covered by the GG. This will be the main focus of my SMS collection; I don't plan to collect every single game just the ones that weren't released on the GG or are markedly different from the GG versions.
