Cheat Mode

At the title screen, when the 'Press Start Button' message appears, press Up, Right, Down, Left, Down, Right, Up. You will get a message to a confirm the code.

This will give you a level select, infinite health and infinite time. Pressing button 2 on controller 2 during the game toggles the cheat mode.
