Test Mode
At the title screen, on controller 2 press Down, Down+Right, Right, 1, Down, Down+Left, Left, 2
You will now have access to a level select, sound test, infinite health (the 'I' symbol when button 2 is pressed) and a test mode (the 'T' symbol when button 1 is pressed). In the test mode, you will have infinite continues as well being able to using controller 2 to complete a stage (Press button 1) or fail a stage (Press button 2).
