I've always wanted to complete this one but Kelesis just seems to move too slow for me. Maybe I need more patience...although I have tried on at least a dozen occasions to get a game going.

You get upgrades throughout the game to make your journey faster and easier, so just stick with it and you'll find even more reward than if you were to already start out fast and powerful.

Also, there are a few areas where you can stay in one place most of the time and keep hitting enemies while nabbing goodies so you can advance quicker. There is one in particular all the way on the right in the desert where you face a couple of these worm things. You can stand near this one rock and blast away, moving a bit here and there if some get stuck above in this little crevice.

Yeah, I'd actually do this at the very start of the game, one frame up from where you come out of the cave. There's a part right by the brush on the bottom that's almost fool proof. You can build up a lot of cash in a fairly short time with patience!

So has anyone played this yet? ;) I gave it a go a day or so after you started the thread, but it wasn't long before it was back on my shelf. I'll admit that I don't like RPGs at all, so I was never going to like it...

I have always wanted to play this, but I've been working non stop. Maybe I'll bring a game gear to play it on when I'm on the porcelain convenience.

I've played it, sure. I was waiting for people to ask questions or something. I know my way around it pretty good.

All right, I gave it a go. I didn't get more than five minutes into it before i got annoyed. I'll give it another shot this weekend and maybe try the money trick. I never played this one back in the day... it's funny how I find the games that I actually played as a kid to be better than the ones that I didn't. That being said, I spent the time that I had to play Golvellius playing Zillion instead .

You monster! How come you got annoyed? I always thought Golvellius moved along at a good clip, especially compared to the other RPGs on the system.

Yeah, I thought it moved well too. I mean, you have to know what kind of game it is when you start it, but I thought it was well layed-out and such. Anyone know if there are any secrets in it besides what you have to find? It seems games of this type never have any hidden extras from this time period.

I'd say everyone's had their fill with Golvellius. Time for a new one.
