buying job lots off ebay is the best way to building up your collection quick and if your after a certain game a member here could have some spare.
how many master system games do you own?

*cough* don't forget me! *cough* Yeah, there are a few who have complete sets if by complete you mean at least one copy of every game officially released (as opposed to variants inclusive!). Where in Aberdeen are you? I've got relatives in various places there - Northfield, Rosemount, Torry etc. My mum was born in Buckie! ;D Indeed it's a pain in the backside that Gamestation stopped most of their retro stuff - but I think most people knew the writing was on the wall as soon as they were bought over by Game.

Welcome aboard . I recommend buying some huge job lots on Ebay if you're wanting to bulk up your collection. Have a look through all the lots on Ebay until you find one with a fair few games you fancy, and try and find one within driving distance so you can collect and save on postage charges. You could always look through the wants and trades section too, i'm sure you'll be able to work out a good price on a bulk loy of games from some of the members . Happy hunting

I spent a lot of time in Northfield when I was younger - school holidays, Christmas times etc. My grandparents (both now dead sadly) stayed in Byron Crescent, very close to the square, and my Uncle took on the house when my Gran went into a home about 5 years ago - he still lives there now. I love Aberdeen, think I'm going visiting relatives in two or three weeks too. Yeah, I can't remember now how long ago it was Game took over Gamestation, maybe eighteen months ago or so? They've slowly but surely been draining the life out of them and what was good about them - the fact that they had a lot of quality retro stuff and it's all been slowly taken away to the point it's now basically just Game under a different name. I only ever use it for buying 4 for £20 PS2 games now.

Welcome to the forum. I have some familly near Aberdeen (Banchory), infact i'm up there in 2 weeks When I was there last year I pretty much cleared out every Gamestation in a 20 mile radius (Quite a few actually) Also stopped off at Edinbourgh and Glasgow for the same reason. Got some good stuff including Buggy Run and Power Strike.
