Nothing really, depends on how you look at it. It's a normal Quickshot joystick, but I don't consider it a Master System accessory because the system is not mentioned on the box, it was marketed as a multi-system controller. In Brazil, however, it was marketed for the Master System and is called the Cobra, boxed up nice by TecToy. It's a bit pernickity to not consider the Euro version an SMS accessory I suppose, but that's my measure for determing something is.

Its just a normal joystick, while it might have possibly said sega on the box, it will also have been sold for other sytems like Amiga too.

I've got a few of these from my Amiga days (although I doubt they work now... Been kept in a box of dirt) - they're by far the best joystick I've so-far used (I've yet to use the Mega Drive joystick, though).
I disposed of the boxes over a decade ago, so can't tell you what they said (they're not exactly rare peripherals, so images should exist) - but there is a four-way switch on the bottom; option four ("D") being "Sega".
It's great for games like Wings (Amiga); although the mouse is even greater. :P
