rossi46: yeah, it's from Tec Toy; it's basically a SMS II with different colors released under several different versions. The last version is this one, with 120 games built-in, but there have been versions containing Alex Kidd in Miracle World, Sonic the Hedgehog, Bart vs. The World, Hang On, Safari Hunt, 20-em-1 and Global Gladiators, being them built-in to the console or coming in cartridge forms. Phil: • Action Fighter • Alex Kidd - High-Tech World • Alex Kidd In Miracle World • Alex Kidd In Shinobi World • Alien Storm • Aztec Adventure • Bank Panic • Black Belt • Bonanza Bros • Choplifter • Columns • Cyborg Hunter • Danan The Jungle Fighter • Double Target • Dragon Crystal • Dynamite Duke • Enduro Racer • E-SWAT • Fantasy Zone • Fantasy Zone 3 • Ghost House • Global Defense • Great Baseball • Great Basketball • Great Soccer • Great Volleyball • Hang On • Kung Fu Kid • Machinegun Joe • Masters Of Combat • My Hero • Out Run • Parlour Games • Penguin Land • Pit Pot / Astro Warrior • Power Strike • Pro Wrestling • Putt & Putter • Satellite 7 • Secret Commando • Shinobi • Sonic The Hedgehog • Submarine Attack • Super Monaco GP • Super Racing • Super Tennis • Teddy Boy • The Ninja • Transbot • Vampire • Wonder Boy • World Grand Prix • World Soccer • All of the 20-em-1 games

They still sell consoles in Brazil, the latest model doesn't have a cartridge slot though, only the 120 games built in can be played. And keep in mind they use a variant of PAL, so check your TV can do PAL-M before buying one.
They occasionally pop up on ebay, taking postage into account you'll be looking at around £50 to £90 depending on which model and condition.
