My first TV game console was sega mark 3 (Japanese version). Now I just start collecting my memories and bought a SMS system with several cartridges, then I realized the style of cartridge of the SMS system is different from mark 3. My question is, can cartridges for mark 3 fit in SMS machine??

Unfortunately they do not fit, and the western sms console bios wouldn't play the games even if they did fit.
If there are Japanese games you really want to play then your best option is to buy a Japanese Master System console - that has the FM music chip built in (the MarkIII doesn't - its a rare add-on), plus you can play European/US/Brazilian games on it with an adapter that plugs into the expansion port on the back.
The Japanese Master System console looks almost identical to the far more common export versions, but instead of the reset button it has a rapid fire button, and the 3D glasses port is built in next to the card port.
