I got this bit of sexy early 90's furniture (lol) in the post today, I remember them around back in the day, I think a lad at school had one, it's kinda cool and fits in with the plasticy tacky roundness of the sms 2. here's a few pics... There are diffrent sized recesses for each type of cosole and pad so the sms 2 fits in there very snuggly, allthough as it is the smallest and deepest of the recesses, when plugging the pads in it raises the front end of the console slightly. For other consoles that dont have space to fit in there is a detachable tray that fits over the top (not shown in pic). Around the back of the unit there are hooks that act as 'cable tidys' and the bottom shelf has an angled cut out for games.

I've actually been looking for something like this. How sturdy is it?

I've actually been looking for something like this. How sturdy is it? It's sturdy enough for its purpose but you couldnt sit on it (well i wouldnt like to try). The plastic feels and looks just like an sms2. I think the section that fits down the back helps stop it from wobbling about. It waighs 3.5kg inc box.

Erm not being funny but how many copies of Sonic 2 does one guy need Rupert?! Not as bad as me thoguh I ended up with about 20 copies of Champions Of Europe and 40 copies of Zoop. All now in a landfilled site somewhere with the millions of copies of ET Atari buried by accident ;D

I can't decide - is that guy wearing a helmet, or is PacMan eating his head?

Did that image change...? I swear that when I looked at it earlier it just had a picture of the sandwich (closer up) and no humans in it...
Or am I going nuts?
