I can take one if you want, but I'll just tell you for now. It came with a two-piece styrofoam thing to hold it in place and the cable to connect it to the SMS. That's it.

The instructions for the Handle Controller are printed on the back of the box, no seperate manual exists like you got with the 3D Glasses or Light Phaser.
Odd that it doesn't advertise on the box that it work also with the Mega Drive......

Ok, well they put an 'A' button on it so it could be used with the MD. An early example of Future proofing?! Strange that the Handle Controller came out before the MD...Imagine Sega selling their 3D Glasses before the MS was even available......

Does anyone know if the handle controller cable is a special plug? How many pins does the socket have?
Is it 15 pin to 9 pin?

I'd have to check, but 15 sounds right.

Well surly they would put a 'C' button on if it was for use with a MD?. In anycase i thought it had 4 buttons but its just A & B on the end of the handles and same again on the left hand side of the base.
