I think we should have a competition every once in a while not too often maybe one every month or so...
this would spur some interest as we have seen before with the pimp my system. The prize dosnt ahve to be anything fancy maybe a couple of games that you have multiple copies of.
we could have a look round and see wether we had anything spare and maybe donate a prize to stan or someone to give away in the next competition.
Reply with some ideas

I think every two or three months works better since the competitions usually go for a month or more.

Another SMS mod comp would be good for 2008 but perhaps 4 - 6 month time limit this time round.

I agree with every 3 months, this way you can take your time and perfect it.

I still need to get a spare SMS so I can take part in the next mod challenge. I should do something crazy, like put a Genesis inside an SMS or multiple video outputs so you can watch yourself play on 6 different TVs. Completely useless stuff! Though a cosmetic makeover would be lots of fun, with some nice sewn clothing.

I need some sort of hot iron with a needle-thin end for melting very tiny areas. Does any such thing exist?

Sharpen an old fork up and heat it on the cooker . I do that every time i buy a new bottle of vinegar to put holes in the lid, i'm too tight to buy the stuff with a proper lid . Back on topic, i'm always up for a competition

A fork is too thick. Iy literally needs to be the size of a pin . Maybe I can heat it manually with fire or a soldering iron.

Comp Ideas: Art (been done) Console Mod (been done) new game (I think SMS power does this) high score (been done) extreme SMS (think extreme ironing), I've thought of playing SMS in a garden a few times. how many people can you get to wear 3D glasses at once
