That is pretty cool though. Is there somewhere online I can see that? nope, But I guess once the next issue is out then it's ok for me to scan it in and post it here. I could email them and ask if it's ok to do it now (don't want to damage sales as that would be counter-productive)

I've noticed in general, online and offline that I've been swearing less, ironic?

Flame War!! I'm so gangsta, I hold my laptop sideways when I post flames. I have to again give my support to Sinistral on this one, I've been feeling exactly like that for a long time. Here's an excert from a PM I sent during discussion with an admin here at the end of April (6 months ago!) "On a side note, I dunno about you but I'm starting to get a little annoyed at some of the (literally) crap topics being discussed on the forum. Hahahahaha! That can only mean the topic I tried started about doo-doo and/or the public toilets topic ;D. As SaDistic proved, the censorship isn't all that great. It turned his generally offensive sentence full of naughty words and turned it into a sentence about pedophilic behaviour. Restricting the Off Topic section to mostly posts "relevant" to the board will cause the number of posts to go way down. In the reality of everything, there isn't a heck of a lot to really talk about with the Master System exceot for what's on eBay and games people are looking for. There is only so much to be said for a system that has been laid to rest over 10 years ago. So if the Off Topic defense doesn't work, then I shouldn't be seeing any more posts about sports or the F.A Cup and such. This has nothing to do with the board or video games. Not only that, but it is exclusionary to anyone who doesn't follow soccer/football and who doesn't live in Europe. That could be offensive. And there are Sports forums for that. Anyhow, it really makes no difference to me. Censor this board like China or don't. If it's censored, it just means I can be as gratuitous as I want

I think its a shame we need to put the censorship feature on at all. It would be nicer if swear words were possible, and used in context for special occassions. But when certain people insist on being rude all the time, like little kids who have just discovered the words and think its hilarious to use them constantly, it spoils things for everyone.
Theres plenty of sms things to talk about, new/forgotten items are being discovered all the time, people play games they have never tried before, new people come along who can benefit from long term members knowledge.
I'd hate to think that perhaps old sms developers from back in the day visit this site, see all the recent posts are total rubbish and decide the forum isn't worth bothering with. Not just that but the site always has guests on it at any time of the day. We get loads of visitors but few ever actually sign up, we want the forum to be as welcoming as possible so people feel they can join in.

I agree, I'd say we have a ton of stuff to talk about, it seems anymore there's always some new interesting thread in the Games section at least and one or two elsewhere. The Game Club has remained fairly active, we've been having regular contests/features/interviews and so forth, I think we're doing fine.
