Just for reference, this isn't a pressing issue or anything, but we'll be needing donations for contest prizes. Some prizes will include games, maps for certain games (like Miracle Warriors, perhaps), magazines, books and so forth. If you have anything extra you'd like to donate, PM me to let me know. We may also be collecting donations in the form of money to use to purchase rarer games for prizes, something like Robocop 3 or such. Any ideas would be great, so post away.

I'd be happy to donate something ;D I don't have too much to offer, just some duplicates of common games. But I'm going to donate the rarest game in my collection, Assault City (phaser version). It's not much, but I feel someone else might want it more than me, I'm not much of a collector. How should I send it?

Not sure what the first one will be yet, but it won't be happening until the first week of May, so we have time. Sounds like a great prize to me, but only if you really don't mind letting it go.

If games are going to be prizes, perhaps there should be several of them for the winner to choose one from. That way the winner can get a game they dont already have, and prize donators can enter the competions and not end up winning their own game!
oh and count me in for donating some games

How about for prizes we make a thread, each person who wants to donate to it lists ONE item they are willing to give away. After the person wins they can pick any item from the list. I have a spare copy of Outrun3d I don't mind donating.

Ok, your all forgetting im the mastermind behind all of this I think 'the winner selects his prize" is a good idea, but try not to offer a choice of like 10 games

I agree, we'll specify a game for each contest where one will be a prize. I you guys want to donate those items, that would be great.
