Last one went for $800. Play the game and you'll wonder why it does. At least Smurfs2 has sick gameplay. Cheetahmen II, though hilarious, is one of the worst games ever made. As you can see from this, NES collecting has become a big business recently and through this the "scene" is losing it's ability to be fun.

Stan I noticed that some yanks are selling PAL only cart only releases on ebay.COM for about £25 each.. when these are dirt common carts in the UK.. are you yanks really willing to pay £23 more than the going rate, just because the sellers located in the states?

Give me some examples. NES collecting has gotten sick recently with idiots who have no clue what they're buying. Some games, though, are worth it and tend to fetch higher prices, like Ufouria.

Blue Shadow.
Unbelievably common, but I see a seller selling it for about £18 at least! (cart only)

I'd say you could probably sell it for a fair amount. Idiots who really care about variants, regardless if they work in an NTSC system, will typically bid on that. Try it, if you can get it for cheap and sell it for five more pounds than you paid, why not?

so a few weeks ago i mailed RB and asked what P&P for around 22 of his cheapie games would be. buying in bulk is propbably the best way for me to save some cash. he responded and asked for the list of games and i sent it to him. no response for about a week, i mail him again and still no response. maybe my GBP70 or so doesn't equal enough profit for him. maybe i should've bought a handle controller and smurfs 2 in order to secure a response........

Combined postage?!?! Whats that?? I bet such words make Retroboy shiver and awaken abruptly in the night. Of course he won't sell you a bulk deal, don't be silly! Postage is where he milks it from!

well i was hoping to only have to pay the GBP3.30 'signed for' amount per package of 5 or so games instead of paying this amount per game i win (sometimes packages going walking en route to south africa....) .
but even so you have a good point. i guess i was just being a tad too optimistic. silly me!
the cheapie games can get stuffed then.
