Thanks anagram, NOW Iam gonne tell what game I have choosen! Is it? is it really?? YES! IT is TIME SOLDIERS!  Some of you may ask me way I choosed this game, and that's probably because everyone got their own thought's. Well I choosed this game cause this is one of the best games I've tried. I cant say i've tried that many games but At once I put this game in the console and turned it on, I yust knew I had bought a good game. I love the concept on this game, you fight against warriors from the past and future all different kinds if enemies. Your a Guy that are gonna save your friends and the world. I have never completed the game but I have enjoyed playing it, even when Ive had to start all over again. It also has a two player mode that is really fun! I would recommend to play two player not single player. The grapich is great, its not that good if you compair it with like the Asterix games, but I like it.And theres bunch of different enemies. You see everything from the top and you got a good view over what happens. If I was gonna give it a scale from 1-10 I would give it a 8. The controls are good, and its not any trouble at all. When you shoot you also have to choose direction. Though, its not like The Ninja, that the other button makes you shoot up, that would be nice on this game. But instead of that, you get some other weapons you can shoot with that button. The music is almost the best with this game, I just love the nice music. Though, more songs wouldent hurt. But It will probably not be needed, cause I dont think it will take over a day to finnish the game, If you play it sometimes for 2 days, Iam almost 90% sure that you will finnish the game the third day! *EDIT* After you guys have said that this game is really hard, I take back that I said that you may finnish the game the third day if you play it a while in two days..  . This is one of my top games, though, I like all the SEGA games ever made (that Ive played). An this is actually true! I just love all kinds of old games. Well, I hope you also like this game, and I would say its worth a place in everyones collection! Peder Johnsen. |

Well this is another game I own and think rules, so good choice!
I was introduced to this game back in my early days of gaming, and after loving secret command a friend bought this around one day and we had a ball playing it in two player. But this game is pretty hard in the later levels, I have also never finished it, that level where you have to go up the stairs from left to right always had me beat.
One thing you didn't mention about the graphics, which i think deserves a mention are the bosses. The Bosses are huge, as in they take up a large chunk of the screen, and they look great!

That's gotta be the worst box scan I've ever seen...
Anyway, I love this game, even though it's WAY too hard.
You'd have to have "M4D 5K1LLZ" to actually beat it.
I started hacking this game a while back, and redid all the sprites for the Prehistoric Age, or as I hacked it:" the Beach Party Era"
Oh, and I made the Time Soldiers into bikini girls.
I'll finish that hack someday....

Could this be the only game that features pornographic images? Medusa gets them out for the lads  ,and if you can't make them out good enough on screen they're pictured in the instructions...nipples and all. I'm off to spank the monkey...err...i....err...mean...try to complete Time soldiers of course.  |

Absolutely great fun with two players. Some of the recent Game of The Week®s I haven't been able to dig out, so I couldn't really comment, but this is one of my old favourites. Am I alone in thinking that scan up there is fuc king amazing? I love the cool colours, it's better than the actual cover. It's like the greatest crisp packet ever designed! |

Just played it again this morning.
I have only played it once before when I first got it over a year ago and I wanted to test it to make sure it worked.
Thanks Peder for making me find it again. Its quite a fun game. Very hard once you get a few levels in and it has some good graphics with minimal flicker and some great tunes.
Now I just need to play it in two player mode to get the most out of the game.

Could this be the only game that features pornographic images? Well, there's Terrarin in Miracle Warriors and some of the enemies in the Rastan instruction manual. |

I'll have to check them out,not that i'm a perv or owt.  Another mastersystem game with a rubbish ending,why do they do it all the time,is there any games with a worthwhile ending? I think this game isn't too bad,but not great either. After the struggle trying to kill the boss at the end of the Japanese level I was disappointed to find the last level short and easy. And the final boss is probably easier than all the other bosses.I find the game a bit too slow and all the bosses are too similar with some of the levels being way too short. |

I agree with you there dude. Admittedly I haven't got this game as an original cart (oooh the shame!) but have just been playing it on my Dreamcast emulator..... it's actually pretty cool, I forgot how addictive it was. I like the directional firing action, it's surprisingly accurate! Steve  |
