Worked out these PAR codes using the actual PAR cart.
Was a case of counting how many times you could use heat vision or super-punch, and using the lives or countable number routine.
Infinite Heat Vision (Use when jumping/flying)
00D7-DD25
Infinite Super Punch (Hold punch button)
00D7-E015
Finally with these codes in addition to energy you can actually play the game with proper super powers!
