I've been trying to work out a button code for this game to access the extra options (like in Buster Fight for GG) but with no luck. Here are some PAR codes to help though:
00C9 47A0: Infinite Health P1
00C8 9204: Infinite Continues
00C8 0763: Infinite Time
00C9 BF01: One Hit Kill
00C9 BF00: One Hit Kill + Invincible
00C4 B102: Extra Options. In the options menu under level you now have the choice to play as the Alien and other stuff.
I know if you complete the game you can get the 'Extra' level normally.
