It's been a while but here are some new PAR codes for this game.
00C0 1303 - Infinite Lives
00C1 0E01 - Invincibility
00D3 1403 - Infinite weapon ammo
00CE F200 - One hit boss kills
00D5 B810 - Most items are boss warps (do not collect item during Last Battle as the game will glitch)
00C0 31XY - Weapon/Speed select
(X) Rockets = 4, Spread = 8, Bazooka = C
(Y) Select value from 1-3
