You can just use the misc/other for those.
On sega8bit Altered Beast is put under fighting....
Model Numbers was the number that was written on the side on SMS games, I not sure how this is on MD/Genesis games...

Yeah, what do you mean? It sounds like you are saying that its a bad choice to let you help..... I meant stuff like Model Numbers, Box text, possible varations, and possibly screencaps if either you or Stan haven't done. Why I put that it because I have don't have much luck and everything I help something always happens in the past.

I think there really should be those extra ganres I listed since the Genesis had a much wider range of games. "Other/Misc" is incredibly vague, and a ton of the games might end up in there because of the lack of genre choices.
The model number is usually under the Sega seal on the Red Genesis box releases. I don't rememberwhere they are on the black and silver inserts.
So why exactly did Stan have me write down the UPCs of each game when I don't see anywhere to enter them? I didn't write down the model numbers. Again, I'll do that once I move when I do the blurbs on the back of the boxes.
Also, When will the databases for the 32X and Sega CD games be available for entry fun?

You add the game format (32X or SegaCD) under "Format". We're considering it all part of the Genesis, because it is. The UPC goes under model number.

Peder just said that the Model Number is the number that is on the spine of the case, and later under the Sega Seal of quality. Which one is it? You are all driving me nuts!

The end of the UPC code will actually match, or I think should match, the code on the side of the box.

Add "Beat'em Up" as a game genres. That covers games like Streets of Rage and Double Dragon since they aren't pure fighting games like Virtua Fighter . Maybe also add "Run and Gun" as a genre, since there are games like Vectorman and Contra that fit into that genre (according to Wikipedia).
