looking for some boxes & manuals

Hi there. Just found this board. I'm looking to complete a collection of games released in North America (I'm not picky on versions though - European ones are just fine).

I'm not quite sure where everyone lives (seems many are UK or at least on that side of the world). My main concern is high shipping costs, so I'll start w/ something easy and light - the manuals and box covers.

I'm looking for a few manuals and boxes (well the inserts anyway to save on shipping). I live in Canada. I might consider getting the actual plastic boxes from US and Canadian collectors, but anywhere further than that, I'd appreciate it if you could just strip out the insert.

Here's the list of stuff - some of it is not from NA, but just stuff that I have. It would be nice for them all to be complete. B= box insert, M=manual
