chaoticjelly, I am not at the price you named. When I said less than $5 a game, I meant including shipping. Sorry man. Better luck with somebody else.
And Retrobob, I imagine the shipping charge alone on the four games of yours (all but Global Defense, which I already have a copy coming of) that I am interested in would be more than I am willing to pay for them since it would be a trans-Atlantic shipping charge. I have nothing against dealing with out-of-country people, but I hate high shipping charges. I'm sorry.

I've sent stuff to the US a few times and it was quite reasonable. I'm going to the post office today to send some stuff from eBay so it's no biggie.

chaoticjelly, I'm not looking to get games for free. I knew when I set the price per game ceiling so low that I would be alienating the possibility of international trades due to high shipping charges and monetary unit differences. But how did I expect to get games that inexpensive even from my fellow American gamers? Simple, I planned to buy in large groups, thus reducing the shipping per game. I do not expect anything free at all, and I am sorry that my price ceiling makes the internationals angry, but the fact is that I am not made of money. I hope you can understand.

ebay is the place to buy in bulk, not trading sections of fan's sites. Almost all the buying and swapping here is for individual games - and obviously, it isn't regulated. Get yourself an ebay account and a paypal account of your own, and invest in your interests (money, time and effort; but mainly money!). Set up a favourite ebay search for "sega master lot" ranging from $0 - $10, or something like that. Contact seasoned ebay sellers about special deals. Sell one of your kidneys and buy something vaguely SMS-related for upwards of $1000, preferably something absolutely useless. On ebay, you'll find merchants who sell-on pretty much every game that passes through their hands, but here most people are more interested in collecting themselves, so selling in lots is not what it's all about. This part of the site is great for trying to get specific things (all these like-minded people from all over, grouped together) and members want to trade their 'doubles' for other games of value to them, not shift all their excess games in one go to someone who's offering them very little. These people aren't angry with you, they're just a bit unimpressed with your unwillingness to invest substantially in your new fad - that's all it is until you put some back into it.

transbot, I've considered getting an ebay account of my own, but I don't exactly have possession of my own credit card, and I'd hate to make an account on my mother's card.

He's a nice guy, just seems pretty fervent about what he has to say.

how old are you, gameenjoyer? I thought I had been speaking to someone 17-19 or so years old. Depending on your age, the credit/debit card issue is a tricky one - I'm not sure how easy it is to send a personal cheque across the United States (I'm certain you can get a cheque-book when you're quite young, if you haven't already), but maybe an American on this forum could bid at ebay on your behalf, and then you can pay them the total price of the item by cheque. They would be getting something out of it by receiving more positive feedback points on their ebay profile, for items they haven't had to buy. Just an idea
