Is there a difference between BIOS 2.4 build-in Safari Hunt and the one in Marksman Shooting/Trap Shooting/Safari Hunt combo cartridge version? Or a general difference between playing a build-in game versus cartridge? Or is this just some hardware thing in my worn out SMS?
Because playing the two versions alternatively, it's very clear I'm hitting much easier in the build-in (same with my mother). I can practically say I hit twice as many targets. So, why is that?

I'm not sure of the effect anymore, at least it isn't as clear.
Could this be somehow caused by the cartridge not connecting properly? I often have to put games in couple times before they work. But it was just so consistent, not like "now I hit them, now I don't".

No, I don't think it's caused by the cartridge connection, as long as the game starts.
I think some games change a bit their "behavior" when you loose a couple times and they become slightly easier to help you to proceed. This is the only thing I can think of.

Maybe it was just cable playing tricks. Picture quality isn't perfect...
