Hi there, this is as the title suggest a quick introduction to myself. My online handle for now is Darksider13, but those who enjoy the personability of first names can call me Keith. UK resident hailing from the magnificent region of Merseyside, almost mid 30's going on what feels like 100! and have been a fond master system player then collector after getting the sms back some time during the 80's (best decade ever).
Due to ill health I have found myself with a little more time to enjoy collecting and sometimes replaying my existing collection, so will be especially interested to hear from the various active members of this forum, especially the collectors to share and disseminate information, and maybe do some small scale trading/ buying/ selling - health allowing.
My own collection has been a labour of love still far from full completion, and has been growing since ever since my first self purchased SMS title which IIRC was Bart vs Space Mutants, many many moons ago. Currently standing at around 262 games give or take with dupes or low quality excluded for that end game visit to the charity shop (they have been waiting a while, a may have a while yet to go!) it encompasses PAL releases including classic collection (some focus on variants ®/no® etc), US cover variants, US re-releases etc. I try to be meticulous for quality with [VGC] being the minimum I would accept for any game to make it into the final collection, and thus grinding my way through the whole sms catalogue has/will take a long time, and with the now inflated prices lol (eBay be damned) may take forever!
So I hope that has given you a small incite into myself and would welcome the candor of any forum members who would like to say hi, share collections, take about rares or uniques that they have come across or maybe inquire about trading some dupes, which I will get round to listing eventually within the trading section, again health allowing.
