I just purchased a Sega Master System (Model No. 3010A). Upon bringing it home and hooking it up, I found that without a game the syetem starts up and loads the Hang-on and Safari Hunt games perfectly. I do not have any SMS controllers, but using my Genesis controllers I was able to play both Hang-on and the maze game. When I put a cartridge in and turned it on, nothing changes...it just goes to the Hang-on and Safari Hunt screen. No matter what I do, I cannot get the system to load a cartridge game. I have tried numerous games with the same result. I proceeded to clean the games and system. I have even tested the power regulator and everything is working fine in that sense. Nothing I do seems to solve the problem of the cartridges not working. I am unsure what to do now becuase the system was in mint condition when I purchased it and everyhting has been checked and cleaned that I can think of. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THESE GAMES WORKING?

Iam sorry to say, that iam not sure at all, but,,, maybe theres something wrong on the printboard,,, maybe some places that should have contact doesnt have contact so the results is that you cant load games... check it out,,, or ask someone to do it for you if you dont use to do things like that.... Thats all I could come up with, so I hope thats wrong and that youll fix it peder..
