Hi all,
I've being checking out this website on an off for a while now, to scratch that SMS itch. I'd like to say that I love the layout of the main site. I think its ace. Anyway, I thought I'd join up as I've been going through the programming guide as a bit of a time killer.
System wise I do love the Master System and I'm picking up the odd title here and there. The early system titles (mid 80's) appeal to me as well as the arcade conversions. My main system is the Mega Drive though but I'm sure you hardcore lads (and lasses...?) can let that slide :-)
Take it easy and I'll look forward to catching up with the threads and maybe chatting to some of you.

Thanks for the welcome. Seems like a nice place.
Currently I'm looking for a couple of manual scans (Pac Land & Prince of Persia). Even considered reproducing myself but it would be very laboursome. Some of the SMS manuals are quite basic, usually that purple/blue ink on white. Some games I'm looking out for are R-Type, Zillion I & II, Outrun, Enduro Racer, The Cyber Shinobi and Alex Kidd in Shinobi World.
I notice a reference to Bottom in your sig there, flatapex. I love that show. Thats from 'Smells' isn't it, where they're using the pheromone spray in the pub. Good stuff lol!

Good stuff lol! it's from Gas, Richie says the gasman's trousers remind him of a story, its one of the numerous delaying tactics they use to get him to 5pm without looking at the meter lol. I used to have Inbetweeners quotes as my signature on here but changed it when Rik Mayall passed, seems the show has an endless supply of them, my favourite Inbetweeners one was ''Has she got any special dietary requirements? It's just I've never cooked for an imaginary woman before.'' alex kidd in shinobi world is great, I have a copy without a manual. the cyber shinobi is absolute rubbish, I wouldn't waste any effort or money on it

Of course. I was thinking of the bit where they're chatting up the girls. I think he whitters on about his jumper.
It's a Shinobi game so it's on the cards. It can't be worse than the ShadowDancer port.... Surely!
