I don't have any pictures, but i used to love Asterix figures when i was a kid. I had loads but they all got sold somewhere along the line. Used to love transformers too, they were cool.

Drinking, gambling and cars.
Used to have loads of other hobbies and collections but i just don't have time any more. I do miss boxing though, I'll probably take the sport back up once my daughter is a bit older.

N64 with Golden Eye and a boxed F1 game not in th pic. £15, which isnt a bargain but it's all in excellent condition, the pad feels pretty much new. Just wanted to play on Golden Eye as Ive heard so much about it. PS One with 25 games. Has all its internal packing and works fine. £5 I think thats a pretty good price even though most of the games are crappy. My playstation broke ages ago so I'll be holding on to this one. Goldeneye is the best videogame i have ever played. I'd be interested to know how it compares to what you've heard about it. That's my favourite N64 console box variation too ;D Medievil is one of my favourite PS games too, although the camera can be a bit frustrating at times. Very nice haul mate

This is a subject i've started looking into myself. I've just about got all the other variations i want for my SMS set, next up is regional variations. I'm trying not to go for too many games at once, my main focus ATM is my MD PAL set, but i like to have a few SMS games to look out for too .

I've never had to do it, but i reckon if you spray a deodorant into it (Lynx is good for getting permanent marker off carts ) that should clean it up pretty good, i reckon a cocktail stick would be the best thing to use to get into the holes as any crap would stick to the wood. Deodorant is more or less alcohol anyway, just don't get any on the laser

I'm not sure what electronic stores are like there, but I don't assume that much difference. What Bock says is likely the cheapest route, unless you really need that uber legit feeling of owning the real thing. You can probably pick up a replacement adaptor for around $10 at an electronics store. Just do as Bock says and make sure the voltage and such match. MD's have been finishing under $10 just recently on Ebay, seen a few finish for $0.99

Are the connectors actually damaged or just loose? Quick fix for a loose connection: Get a small flat edged screwdriver and just inside the plastic bit of the connector on the console you will see some pointed metal bits. gently pry the metal bits up with the screw driver, not too far mind. Take a very small piece of blu-tack and force it in-between the metal and plastic, then force the metal back down. Should work just fine now . If the plastic is broken just super glue it back together, put some epoxy resin around it and hey presto good as new. It's much easier to change the whole connector, but if your spare consoles are in good working order there's no point in damaging them.

Cheapest option would probably be buying a Mega Drive model 1 (model 2 has a different type of power supply) off of Ebay. A Mega Drive model 1 power supply will run an SMS without any problems, they're cheaper than SMS consoles, plus you get the added bonus of a different console to use rather than having a spare SMS lying around gathering dust. Mega Drive's tend to finish cheaper than than most power supplies on their own do too, just look for one thats local to save on postage prices .

I couldn't say to be honest as i haven't played all the SMS games i own yet.
Of the ones i've played i'd have to say Alf, that is a turd of a game. I'd rather play Transbot again than Alf ;D.
