Find some storage space, because you will regret selling them one day. I did back in the day when i sold my whole collection thinking "I have a Mega Drive, a SNES and Playstation, i don't need the Master System anymore" and after some time i thought "If only i could play Sonic now or Alex Kidd" and missed other games like Asterix, Wonderboy in Monsterland and Shinobi. It was a horrible time. Since then i never sold a single game again. Or at least keep about 25, there are too many good games on the system, that just 10 will do it any justice.

I'll never sell anything apart from duplicates unless it's in exchange for flying powers then I'd sell my own soul as well. There are a few terrible games but I still like to give them a bash every now and then for a laugh (literally).

And thirded. I sold a bunch of master system games and playstation games to get MORE playstation games and sold a lot of games I really regretted. odd thing is though, one day I was talking to someone about Bubsy 3D and laughing about how bad it was. A friend of mine said "oh I'd love to test it out" but of course I sold it... never sold a game since... except assassins creed for the PS3 cos I played it more on xbox. but I'll forgive myself for that one as for 10 games... umm... 1. Ultima 4! 2. sonic 1 3. sonic 2 4 sonic chaos I guess... 5. Land of illusion 6. Ninja Gaiden 7. Asterix 8. Alien 3 9. Prince of Persia 10. Fantasy Zone and I'll need a master system to play it on! umm... Alex the kid one please. is that cheating? if so, I'll drop Fantasy Zone.

Now you have started listing games on ebay, have you come to a conclusion on which ones you will be keeping?

Now you have started listing games on ebay, have you come to a conclusion on which ones you will be keeping? Hey. I think I may end up with a few more than 10, but I'm trying to be disciplined. 1.Ghost House - card Version 2.Fantasy Zone 3.AKIMW 4.Castle of Illusion 5.Land of Illusion 6.Sonic 2 7.Smurfs 1 8.Shooting Gallery 9.Montezuma's revenge (I know, but I have a weak spot for it) 10.R-Type (possibly) Maybe Krusty's fun house and The Ninja will stay too. Basically the first 7 on that list are pretty much decided, then there's still some debate. I may adopt the policy of buying games I want to play and selling them when I've completed them. I'm basically just trying to get back to playing the games rather than just collecting them for the sake of having them. For example, I know Phantasy star is great, but I'll never complete it, so it may as well go to someone who really enjoys it.

Oh ok, I thought you meant it's something special about it that I don't know... Indeed, card games are lovely!

I like this notion. "get back to playing the games rather than just collecting them for the sake of having them...may as well go to someone who really enjoys it..." Couldn't agree more about a lot of my stuff... Nintendo stuff anyway

Over the years, these are the games I still always get the inclination to play even though I've finished them all. That to me is usually the validator of what games to keep and what games to respectfully set to sea. In no order:
Alex Kidd in Miracle World Enduro Racer Golden Axe Warrior Fantasy Zone II Blade Eagle 3-D Sonic the Hedgehog Wonder Boy III Ys: The Vanished Omens The Ninja Master of Darkness
