Now that I have got into variation collection, the thought occured to me, how many sms games have only one single release. Just a single region type release, no variations whatsoever, not even copyright symbol differences. So start listing them....
Alf Montezuma's Revenge Smurfs 2

Sports Pad Football Super Space Invaders T2 Terminator 2: Judgement Day T2: The Arcade Game Tecmo World Cup '93 Trivial Pursuit Ultima IV - there are different manuals, but they're separate from the game... Walter Payton Football Zool
There may be Aussie versions of these - I'm going by the lists on the Sega Collect forum. Correct me if I'm wrong on any of these.
Also: do Tec Toy exclusives count? :) There are a few Japan-only releases as well.

Sports Pad Football is a Now there are no limits game, so it probably has another SMall ®elease variant out there.
I'd add in from the US:
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?
and from Japan:
Alex Kidd: BMX Trials Megumi Rescue Galactic Protector Woody Pop High School! Kimengumi Comical Machine Gun Joe Satellite 7 Great Baseball [different game] Great Golf [different game] Rygar Solomon's Key Loretta's Portrait Sukeban Deka II Tensai Bakabon The Pro Yakyuu Pennant Race The Story of Mio Nekyuu Kousien Sports Pad Soccer [different game]

Until one is found, I'll keep it on my list above. :P I'd add in from the US: Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? Nope; Tec Toy released a version. They translated all the in-game text, too.

With all the in game text I just assumed it would be US only, but I guess if Tec Toy can port Phantasy Star, they can do anything. How about The Terminator, that looks to be a single release, no?

How about The Terminator, that looks to be a single release, no? I wondered about that one, too - but there is apparently a Tec Toy release of it (I don't have it, though - so can't confirm). It's listed on the Sega Collect "master list".

You just know by the angle that it's rupert's. I wish there were only one version of Terminator, because the less copies of that game around the better. Seriously, toughest game of all time. Awkward controls, no up close attack and one death game overs. What were they thinking?

I'd say they were thinking this game is way too short, better hide that by making it stupidly hard. I love the fact that you play as Resse, kill the terminator yourself, yet the end credits of the game follow the films storyline and somehow you've died. www.vgmuseum.com/end/mastersystem/a/ter.htm

Does the fact that Trivial Pursuit appeared in a Double Pack count? (Lemmings & Trivial Pursuit)

Is it possible Alf has a "Sega for the 90's" variant? It was one of the last games released by Tonka, so I'd say there is a definite possibility.

I'm pretty sure Alf didn't have the 90s sticker on it. I know none have been seen, but based on what John said I don't think they would have bothered because it was such shite.

Ultima IV has a Tec Toy release. Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about that. ..and according to ddevilfingers; Super Space Invaders and Tecmo World Cup '93 had Ozisoft releases. could do with pictures to confirm this though. I wouldn't be at all surprised if they did. In fact, I'd be surprised if there weren't Ozisoft releases of quite a few I listed. Does the fact that Trivial Pursuit appeared in a Double Pack count? (Lemmings & Trivial Pursuit) If it's just the normal version released as part of a pack, I'd say "no". Unless there's an actual printing difference, then it's the same version as far as I care (that includes sticker "variations", since they are the same release).

Just checked again and Super Space Invaders And Tecmo World Cup 93 are Ozisoft for sure! Happy to take some pics sometime tomorrow EDIT: Here are some pics. While I have no manuals for these two I feel it's pretty conclusive as both carts say "Made in Australia" on the back and have the usual Ozisoft-style sticker. Cases are also standard Ozisoft ones with the embossing on the inside, cheaper plastic etc. All the games I listed for the World wide SMS list are conclusive in that they had at least one element that was without a doubt Ozisoft. If I wasn't sure I left it out! Hope this helps lads!
