i just thought why not everyone tell us what sort of tv you guys play your master system on. I personally prefer the thought of using an actual old tv to play it on instead of a fancy flat screen tv which i have was looking through charity shop the other day and had loads of old tv's saw one with a wooden body and grey plastic screen frame but no room to take home was well cheap. When my older brother has master system he had this old tv cream, black with wooden panel bits on left side of screen, it was small and to change channel you have to turn the knob like unlocking a safe lol RETRO! Guess when i get a place of my own ill prolly get an old telly in one corner of the room and all the sega games in a mess and a console how lovely lol

I use a nice big CRT TV, I don't even own an LCD TV. I can't be missing out on light gun games which I love, like the awesome Operation Wolf.

I have mine hooked up to a 26" LCD TV right now but I think I'm going to buy a smaller old TV so I can play my 3D and lightgun games.

At home, I play all of my consoles (except the 360 Elite and PS3) through a nice 26" CRT. With a flick of a switch, they can also run through my 26" HD TV, but I rarely use that.
At work (yes, we have an SMS set up at work :)), we have a 2x" CRT. It's about a decade old (which is why I can't remember its size), but is surprisingly decent.

I have my trusty turns-itself-off-every-so-often Grundig 14" TV/VCR combi (the VCR bit has long since died). LCD = no light gunners. My TV runs my Saturn and Dreamcast as well, so I need that light gun capability (if I ever get a SuperScope or Menacer, please kill me) for House of the Dead/Virtua Cop/Confidential Mission as well as Assault City, Operation Wolf et al.

I have a Menacer and I think it would work with an LCD TV (I haven't tried). There is a sensor that's plugged into the controller port that makes it work like a "Wiimote" Correct me if I'm wrong...

I've got mine setup through my 36" HDTV, more out of convenience since I use it as a computer screen for my video projects. For light gun and 3D games I've got a 22" CRT that I bought for $6 last year from Value Village set up in the other room. I've got a few other SMS's hooked up around the house just because I can, but those two are the ones I use.

That's pretty neat, I want a few cabinets also. They usually go for scrap on marktplaats.nl.
