I'm pretty sure the Duck Tales (maybe they mixed it with Lucky Dime Caper or Deep Duck Trouble) was never released on the SMS.
Ninja Gaiden and Battle Toads (called Battlemaniacs) were released on the Master System. Ninja Gaiden is a great game, while i don't like Battlemaniacs.
The posted List has some more errors. I'm sure that Games like Ghostbusters 2, Total Recall, Ferrari GP Challenge and Formula One Racing were never released. At least i never heard of them and don't have roms ;D

I've never even heard a rumour of Duck Tales being released. Battlemaniacs is a Brazil-only release, though Ninja Gaiden isn't too hard to get hold of.

Anagrama, check the SMSpower museum, one of the 2 scanned franch catalogs mention Ducktales as "Coming Soon"
Though, I've never seen a publisher attached to it, and Titus + Disney sounds like an odd combination.

Yeah, I really doubt that as well. Titus, no way. Why in the world would Disney do that? I'll have to check when Deep Duck Trouble was released, but based on gameplay and the date of that "coming soon" poster, I'm guessing it was intended as release as Duck Tales at first but was then altered. Ninja Gaiden is totally boss, and I have yet to play Battlemaniacs, though it's coming in the mail right now.

Ninja Gaiden is one of the best-ever master system games, if you ask me. I haven't played the NES version but I'm sure... I'll stop myself there.
Duck Tales on sms? New to me, but the film back in the day was ace ;D
Did anyone see something about a master system game of The Godfather being planned/a work in progress?

I saw some ads for Godfather and a little preview on the sega magazine (just some little information with a maybe release date and no fotos). I guess that this game would have been just a conversion of the Amiga version (which sucks).

Oh well, it's fun to dream about unreleased games. Which brings me to a question. Is it possible to make SMS games? A friend of mine used downloaded ROMs of unreleased NES games (like the awesome Sweet Home), to make ACTUAL cartridges that will work in my NES. Is this possible for the SMS? There has to be a way. Oh yeah, and finally got Battlemaniacs, though not exactly the awesomeness of the NES version, I still really, REALLY enjoy it. The music is very good in my opinion.

I saw in a website which i think it was www.neszone.net that in a magazine that Rocky was ment to come out on NES and I even think it was gonna be a whole new game to the SMS because they were talking about him on the streets earing his place to the Boxing ring with Apollo Greed. I really want Attack of the Killer Tomatoes on SMS, no joke because i dont think its a bad game at all.

That's just sick, man, sick. You crossed the line with the Killer Tomatoes. I always wondered if Rocky was going to be its own release for the NES. I figured they scrapped it because it was going to be like the SMS version, which totally blows.

At the mention of Deep Duck Trouble...
Is that the game where you shoot different coloured plungers and things and some help you climb walls, kill enemies etc...
I played a Donald Duck game where that was in it and I can't remember if it was on MegaDrive (Quackshot??) or the SMS

I know a lot of people dont like Killer Tomatoes but just remember, Rampage on NES was Crap but it wasn't on SMS.

I've wondered that aswell - homemade repros of unreleased stuff are popular for other systems. Although AFAIK, there's only a couple of unreleased SMS ROMs in circulation - Pat Riley Basketball for one, possibly one or two others. Though I guess the same process could be used to create Western carts of MarkIII titles.
