toys ,i noticed stan mention he had toys and just now i looked round only to see a he-man box which id bought today for my 3 year old lad (a he-man sword) and i was quite surprised to realise the packaging is just like it was back in the 80's when i was i was a nipper who else collects toys on here ? ive still got y old he-man but sad to say have lost a lot of my other toys through the years but i have started buying starwars again ,as too which i remember between me and my brother we had a huge amount inc a lot of rare items now ,and only a few years ago when my parents moved house they found all the old starwars boxes to all our old toys aswell the cards off the figures ! i remember putting them all to one side (there was a lot) but when they got to the new house they were all gone till this day i have no idea where they went

I think it may only be you and I man. Boy, that sucks, nothing like that has ever happened to me. I'd lose it. I've got so much crap, it's ridiculous. I collected Starriors, Power Lords, and The Real Ghostbusters for a time there, but I pretty much got everything from my youth back. Oh yeah, Inhumanoids as well.

I still collect masters of the universe action figures. have just about all of the original ones. i wasnt too keen on the new adventures ones so avoided them, but the new ones are pretty good and a bit more faithful to original he-man series.

dam you stan im jealous lol as you probably know we have carboot sales over here like you have garage sales but my dad took almost all of our (me and my brothers) toys to the carboot and got rid of most ,ive only a hand full left but when i found the starwars boxes from the 70's/80's a few years ago and then they got lost again i was gutted lol as im sure they ended up getting binned by my uncle have you noticed the value of toy story toys ? some are worth a fortune ( well for what they are you could pick one up for 10p and sell it for £30 no problem) but the starwars are my worst regret i remeber my mum buying them all up when a shop called toys n hobby closed down and she said she bought them 10p a piece (per figure)in the early 80's and i remeber having black bags full we found in the loft and then we just pulled them all open only to realise now i wish i still had them all as they were now ... boxed ! but i feel sorry for the older guys who had all the late 60's/early 70's toys who have lost theres ha ha you all could of retired if you still had them ,get raiding your parents attics

Man, that's rough. My parents have always been cool with my stuff, either storing it or letting it sit in my room. I had a ton of Masters of the Universe stuff that I sold for $510 a couple of years ago to some guy in Britain. Had that t-rex figure in there amongst other things. I thought the new toy line was a lot better, much better in production value, but the cartoon was just awful. Much better than the original, but still very, very bad. Could have done better with it. So what's this about Toy Story toys? You mean like from the movies? I haven't really paid attention to the current market, I'm all into toys from like the 60s up to the early 90s. Nothing else really. The current market for newer toys sucks. Earthworm Jim was the last set of crap I bought. Those were nice ones. I also look around at really, really old stuff, but I mostly sell it because it's too hard to store.

Oh yeah, by the way, search for me on a search engine under Stan Stepanic, you should get a site where I explain how to fix He-Man figures.

yeah toy story toys, if you look on ebay at completed listings and highest prices and search for the little toys you'll find things like wheezy ,a little rubber toy penguin much like a dogs toy but its worth £35 plus i sold one recently for £36 that i found at a carboot for 10p also ive sold a little ham (pig) for £10 that i picked up from a 10p box and a few others ive picked up on my travels.
the thing is with them is that poeple have not clicked on with new toys and and what they could be worth and for someone who has some toystory toys (and most poeple with young kids have) think there worthless and worthy of the bin when really there not
you just have to watch out for the mcdonalds ones as there only worth a pound a piece or something
there is a market there for them and theres poeple buying

Wow, that's really strange, I'll have to keep track of that, I see stuff like that at flea markets a lot. Man.
