It has the same cartridge design as the Pro MegaMaster from Datel. Maybe its just a Eastern-European Copy from the Black Market or so

It's most likely a nice black market jobbie. I've still been meaning to compile a list of SMS stuff I found in Russian, but I won't be back there for at least a year and there probably won't be anything left.
