I finally popped in F-16 FIGHTING FALCON just to see what all the hate was about and was kind of intrigued to see that both controllers were required to operate the jet. It was actually a pretty great concept and really helped make the simulation feel that much more authentic. Too bad the game sucks.
It got me wondering, though, are there any other games that use both controllers during a one player game? I know you can pause with the second controller on a lot of later games, but other than that, are there any other notables?

Need to think, but offhand another is Cyborg Hunter, but only really to access the inventory menu. Can't think of any others right now.

There's always Operation Wolf, you use the player 2 pad to launch grenades. Nice little touch

I never realised you had to you use 2 pads for F-16, that would explain why i could never figure out what to do!

In Global defense using two can give you a bit of an advantage.

In Global defense using two can give you a bit of an advantage. It's been awhile since I've played that game. How does it help?

Gangster Town; its for two players, but using both guns at the same time yourself is fun.
