Great Basketball NTSC with German Manual?

Hello. Yesterday i did buy a Couple of Games and when i was placing them Info my Collection something "weird" popped into my eyes.

An NTSC Great Basketball with a German Manual?

Does anyone kbow something about IT?

Ntsc games were imported by the Distributor for Germany (Ariolasoft) back in the day. They also produced low quality black and white, German only manuals for the imported games as unlike the 5 language European version the Ntsc games were obviously English only.
