Is Transbot even completable?

I think TransBot loops.

It does indeed loop, but I must admit I've never understood what's with all the infamous hate for Transbot. Sure it's certainly not the most interesting in terms of gameplay or graphics, and there's not all that much content to it. But compared to some other SMS titles this game is at least remotely enjoyable/playable, even if it has a short content run and endless loop - and some of the music bits are actually quite OK too.
