Belgium , luxenbourg and Netherland had a mastersclub. When you became member you recieved a audio CD with the best SMS music on it. Also a masters club card and magazines. On a paticular moment you could win the thunder blade helicopter lunaparc , arcade device. I remeber i filled in like 7 or so of these contest papers.
Was there a masters club or something like that in other countrys besides Benelux too?

I never was member of the masters club. My parents said , each year member money and once and a while a gadget. You can choose. Every year this , or a game instead. Yeh , my choce was made I can remeber that the flyers and papers where in the games for benelux. However , the seal was undamaged wich was important for stores. So i think they did this in there from sega out.

There wasn't a club like this in the US as far as I remember, only the Team Sega Challenge newsletter, followed by Sega Visions magazine. These were free at first. Then, early in the run of Sega Visions, they announced they were going to start charging for subscriptions. Well, they must not have gotten many takers, because the next issue arrived free as well with the announcement that they had changed their minds and would not charge for subscriptions.
The CD sounds like it was very cool. The only free thing that came with the newsletter in the US was the iron-on patch that came with the first issue.

Ah ok. Yes the CD was cool. A friend of me was member. I asked or he stil got the CD. But he cant find it or do not have it no more. If he find it , i wil get it from him. I wonder what more this club had to offer. Gonna ask him when i see him.

Nice adverts; I have the last one with Thunder Blade arcade game. There was a Sega Club in France to. I was member at the end of 80'. I got a member card, a pins, a Sega Tee shirt and a CD. They send me some Sega New's letter. The price was 100 Francs (15€) for one year.

Nice. If Canada had something like that I never heard of it. But again, Sega had very little market penetration until the Genesis.
