I want your white SMS. How did you mod it? It looks superb, kind of how I would imagine it would look if they released one now! Rupert do you have a list of things you are selling or a link to your eBay? You must have something for sale! I need to sort that out. I have LOTS for sale, just not much free time to actually tell anyone, lol. I'll try my best to get it all out there in the next few weeks. Toruble is this weekend I'm away at Retro Reunited then I'm back in work every day Thanks for the comments on my collection guys The white SMS was a spiderpig to make, I believe there is a build artical on the main site if you have a look through the articals.

Awesome! Please let me know when you eBay your stuff or if you want to sell via here. I'm looking for boxed controller of any kind really. I really need a light gun boxed and in VGC as I have a bunch of games but no gun . One of those SG pads would be tasty too, they look a lot easier to use.

That's one of my favorite insert variants ever. It's the Brazilian packaging for Transbot.

In the first post above the pictures it says:
Here's some fairly recent collection pictures (September 07).. (really I could do with updating my pics on the main site as those are from quite a wile ago now)
And the last edit dates back to 2009.

Correct, but I think some of those photos are more recent than the originals from '07. You're right about the whole-collection photos, though - they could probably do with updating.
Man, looking through those pictures again... I see lots of cool stuff I'll never own. Hehe.

Don't think like that, it's probably true for most of us, but those items can still pop up unexpectedly All I would like to do is stumble upon an old ex Sega employee with no relatives/friends/neighbours and you can guess the rest

I dont have newer photos, and to be honest i have not bought much for my SMS collection since these pictures. There are a few bits and bobs i could post but its not as easy when ive only got an iPad or PS3 for the internet. My collection has moved with me to my new house and lives in the 2nd bedroom, a bigger room than it had before but it isnt all 'displayed'. All the games are still on shelves but everything else is in cupboards or boxes. Eventually when I buy a house (currently renting) I will make a nice display in a spare room and then I will post new pictures, this is at the very least 1 - 2 years away. I don't buy any new stuff but I still have a keen interest and no plans to sell. I still keep my eye out at charity shops and car boot sales, even the occassional browse on ebay. Sorry this is quite boring, just wanted to update on my current collection/ collecting status

Nice to hear nonetheless!
Good luck finding a place of your own, we also have a multiple-year-plan going on but it's going to be a rental for the first couple of years as well.

Nice to hear nonetheless! Good luck finding a place of your own, we also have a multiple-year-plan going on but it's going to be a rental for the first couple of years as well. Renting is nice but I just dont want to put any effort into displaying my collection if it's only for a year might as well keep it in an easy way to move. I always used to think it was a shame that Bocks collection was mainly boxed up but now I understand. One day in the future I can hopefully take a week off work in my new bought house and set out my collection how I want it, that will be a great day!

Mine is mostly boxed up too for two reasons. 1) I've been cataloguing them gradually and done a box at a time. 2) Space - I have got my own place and the spare room is my game room but I just can't think of a way I want to display stuff. The principle of having my own space to do whatever I want in is great though

Is it just me or does your Ecco the Dolphin Silver edition have a black box?

Rupert’s collection is simply incredible! Something to aspire to that’s for sure.
It would be nice to have somewhere to properly display my games, but as I also rent I have everything stored in boxes at the moment. I do keep all the cartridges in a separate smaller box to make it a bit easier to actually play some of the games.
