Here's what I've got so far... 1. Competition cartI've got something coming along. Everdrive only, though. Let's say 80% chance it'll be ready. 2. Sonic 1 speedrun...with a mystery twist. 3. Ms. Pac-Man head to head...in competitive mode, first stage, most points wins. 4. Missile Defense 3-DHigh-score competition with headaches and guns! 5. Putt and PutterSince "Mr. Costelloabout" goes to the trouble of arranging things every year. 6. Something on Game GearsWe might have to wait and see who turns up with GGs and what we have enough carts for. Maybe something sporty or beat-em-uppy as we're lacking them elsewhere. 7. Fallback optionsI'm happy to add/change things, especially if some of the above don't work out. I'll bring along a Sonic, Putt and Putter, Missile Defense 3D and Ms. Pac Man. I'll also bring 2 systems, 4 or 5 pads, 3D glasses and i'll try and test some Game Gears I have knocking about if I can find some AC adapters. I'll try and bring a TV too, a few other random games that are good for 2 player and some plug extensions . I may bring my Samsung Gam*Boy again too. |

Im bringing an sms with missile defense built in, a phaser, some 3d glasses, handle controller with pedals and a few games, should be fun  . Gonna try my best to win this year, but there's two games in the comp that I dislike already :/ |

Hey guys, bit of a mishap, my lift might have fallen through, if my tv is needed I can try and make alternative arrangements, if its not needed I will come down on thw train and meet anyone that is down early, let me know what suits either way?

Well as I said earlier I'm going out in Manchester tomorrow night straight from work. I'll be getting the last train home at 23:40 so might not be in tip top shape for an early start Saturday. I still have to get the stuff together i'm bringing and test it etc. I'll try and do all that tonight if I have time. Otherwise i'll only be turning up at about 12 when the pub opens. |

I've just re-read an email from Gareth at the pub which suggests I have the room from 10:00 until 18:00, so maybe that means we can go in before they open? Anyway, i'm not sure i'll get us there for 10:00 but mqybe 11 ish will be doable. |

Update: I finished coding the competition cart last night and tested it on a real system, and... it seems to work. The scoring balance might be a bit off, and the presentation is pretty basic, but it is functional - provided nobody overflows the score counter, I was too lazy to implement more than 16-bit maths.
I'll be bringing a fully-stocked Everdrive and the trophy, which I won't be keeping...

I have a pair of those. I dont have the adapter neither however so how they work yet I can not tell.
