When you start getting that high it's pretty tough to beat it, and it requires so much time. I gave it another try yesterday, and started off with my best start yet. In period one I had 32 goals, but only 7 in period two. I just shut it off after that, it's too tiring to come up short! Still, I'd like to get to this fabled 100 goals, since it is definitely possible if the second period could be at all mastered.

I think the game will max out at 99 goals, there's only 2 digits in the overall score box.... I'll find out one of these days

It's kind of gratifying, really, since unlike getting a high score there is an instant satisfaction every time you get a goal. It's a moment of rest, too, as you wait for the puck to go back to center, which can mean a lot considering how physically intensive the Sports Pad play is. You need to give it a shot!
