My master system 2 is coming in a few days and i wondered if there is anyway to save your game.... or can u buy somthing that saves your games .... i dont remember there being anything but mabye you guys know more than me

Theres no save function for most of the games, or any way of forceably making them save. But most games were designed around this - they are short but very hard.
A few games had battery backup in the cart which allows them to save - like Phantasy Star, Monopoly etc. And some larger games used passwords to let you save progress - like Cosmic Spacehead.
If you want to play all games with saving then a sms emulator on your PC will let you. But really thats not playing the games as intended.
