Just looking at my sports pads, thought i'd take apic of the size diffrence between a US one and a JAP one. There really is quite a big diffrance. I got to say that the JAP one feels alot nicer to hold. Ive not got round to comparing them properly in play yet. I wonder if any science went into the design, like an avarage hand size survey of Japanese and American people... ?

I like the Spaz Pad. I like playing Woody Pop with it, it works well if you use it the wrong way around, so the buttons are at the top and position your thumb and end fingers on each side of the ball. You can control the movement quite well with it, with little movements.

Maybe they just though the Americans would have to have a bigger pad due to genetic differences or style prefferences. As for the regular SMS pad Im with you Playgen, its way too small for adults + when i was a kid the corners used to give me cramp if I played alot in one day.
