sorry im new so i dont know all the models eytc. but yes that is my model, and also i didnt get a cable like that could this be the problem?

Well if the RF bit of the console is broken, then bypassing it and using one of these cables might solve the problem.
With these AV cables you dont need to tune in the TV either, just select the AV channel on the TV's remote control.
Does the console actually power up?, there should be a green light in the triangle bit when you switch it on.

ya it powers up fine, and the static even apears to be showing like half of tv, and half with a few red lineds of "classic video game" text

Well if you cant tune it in properly on any channel - try more than one channel for tuning just in case, then try an AV cable like i suggested before giving up on the console. You should be able to get an AV cable easily and cheaply.
